Registration and Fees

On-Iine registration for the 29th ICSC is still possible.
Registration is closed for active participants.

  *The registration fee should be paid before May 15th 2005.
**Student participants are requested to send an e-mail or a letter to the Conference Secretary confirming her/his status by her/his supervisor.
All prices include 20% V.A.T.

The participant and student participant registration fee covers the conference material, refreshments during the breaks, the Welcome reception, the Conference banquet, lunches in Grand Hotel Bernardin from Sunday to including Thursday and the conference tour to Postojna cave.

The accompanying person registration fee covers the Welcome reception, the Conference banquet, the conference tour to Postojna cave and guided tours to Piran, Lipica, and Sečovlje Saltpans as described on the conference web page.

Registration Desk

The Registration Desk will be located at the Grand Hotel Bernardin, Bernardin Resort and Conference Centre, Obala 2, Portorož, and will be open:

  • Saturday, August 20th 12:00 - 19:00
  • Sunday, August 21st 8:00 - 17:00
  • Monday, August 22nd 8:30 - 17:00
  • Tuesday, August 23rd 8:30 - 12:00
  • Wednesday, August 24th 8:30 - 17:00
  • Thursday, August 25th 8:30 - 13:00

    Official Receipt

    An official receipt will be issued at the conference site (Registration desk, Grand Hotel Bernardin, Bernardin Hotel Resort, Portorož).

    Cancellation and Refunds

    Participants may withdraw their registration fee in writing prior to July 1st 2005. All refunds are subject to a 50 EURO administration fee. After this date no refunds will be possible.

    Letter of Invitation

    Conference Secretary will be pleased to send an official letter of invitation to any scientist making such a request. It is understood that such an invitation is intended to help potential attendees raise travel funds or obtain a visa. Note that this is not a commitment on the part of the Secretary to provide any financial support.

    Commercial Exhibition

    An exhibition of scientific equipment, books, software, and journals will be organised. For more details please contact conference secretary bester@icsc2005.si.
